Kiwi sport Touch

This week we learned how to do some simple skills in rugby touch.

I learnt a skill called plant the ball.

We practiced how to plant the ball with a partner in our line. Next, we played an activity where we got into  two teams. One team had bibs and one with no bibs. What we had to do was either you have the ball and try not to get tagged or you have no ball and try to tag the players in the other team that has the ball. The name of this activity was called scoop tag.

After that we played another activity it was a defending and attacking game it was pretty much the same as scoop touch but the defenders had no ball and two people which were the attackers had the ball, and they had to use teamwork to score a try for thier team.

Finally we finished the whole thing and pretty much packed up this was almost the best time I've had experienced touch rugby skills it was so fun I really enjoyed this activity.
